Initital Consultation
We discuss your ideas, requirements, and budgets to undestand your vision.
Design & Planning
We work closely with a number of local architects who can create detailed plans and obtain the necessary planning permissions (where required).
Construction
This is where things start to take shape. We start constructing your New Build Project using the finest quality tools and materials.
Regular Meetings
We ensure we have regular meetings with you throughout the construction phase, to keep you updated on progress, and to ensure all is going to plan, within given timescales and within budget.
Completion
All of our New Build Projects are completed to the finest standards. We don’t consider a project complete until you are completely satisfied by all aspects of the build and finish.
Settling In
Once the dust has settled, and you are settling into your new build, we will be back in touch to check everything is well. We love to see our happy customers enjoying the freedom of their new space.
