Why the Rothnett Family opted for a Single Storey Extension and Full House Remodel
This Family's property was already somewhat beautiful before the project commenced. A stunning stone-built abode nestled in the countryside. Keen to keep with the times mind, the Rothnett Family wanted to modernise and extend their existing conservatory extension, and effectively improve the use of space available throughout the entire house.
What they wanted to achieve
Home functionality was one of the key drivers for the Rothnetts. The Family wanted to improve functionality by incorporating some additional rooms within the house (specifically a boot room), as well as improving and extending the kitchen and living space. Environmentally, the Rothnetts were also looking to make their property more thermally efficient.
What we did
Outline’s scope of work included the removal of a rear conservatory, the building of a single storey extension, as well as in depth structural and remodel work, allowing space for a new kitchen, dining, living space, and boot room.
Using the highest quality and most environmentally friendly supplies, thermal efficiency was factored into each and every aspect of the construction work undertaken.
