As well as the more popular space maximising residential solutions such as extensions, loft conversions and so on, we also cover the more unique, bespoke building projects. This could be anything from a garage conversion, home adaptations (to allow disability access for instance), garden pods and annexes, and orangeries. The list is endless (and bespoke) depending on our customers building and construction requirements.
Outline Construction specialises in bespoke building projects across Sheffield, South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire.
Our teams creativity, experience and industry know how allows us to put our hand to pretty much any building project, no matter how big or small. We love the more quirky, outside the norm building projects, so just because you may not see a specific building service listed on our website, it doesn’t necessarily mean we haven’t done it before, or that we won’t do it going forward. Our Process
Initital Consultation
We discuss your ideas, requirements, and budgets to undestand your vision.
Design & Planning
We work closely with a number of local architects who can create detailed plans and obtain the necessary planning permissions (where required).
Construction
This is where things start to take shape. We start constructing your Bespoke Building Project using the finest quality tools and materials.
Regular Meetings
We ensure we have regular meetings with you throughout the construction phase, to keep you updated on progress, and to ensure all is going to plan, within given timescales and within budget.
Completion
All of our Bespoke Building Projects are completed to the finest standards. We don’t consider a project complete until you are completely satisfied by all aspects of the build and finish.
Settling In
Once the dust has settled, and you are settling into your new bespoke build, we will be back in touch to check everything is well. We love to see our happy customers enjoying the freedom of their new space.
